For a new tenancy the first inspections is carried out 6 weeks after the tenant moves in and thereafter every 3 months. The WA tenancy act allows 4 Inspections per year. Owners are welcome to attend inspections provided your attendance is disclosed to the tenants. A full report with detailed photos is produced whether the owner attends or not. This report is sent to both owners and tenants and kept on our files in case it’s needed in the future.

We welcome any price you may wish to list your property for rent; however, you do need to keep in mind that it is the market demand that sets the rent, if the market thinks that the rent is too high, then your property may sit vacant for longer than necessary.
How do I end my agreement with my current Property Manager to make the switch to Regal Gateway Property?
Firstly, contact your current property manager to find out when your management agreement expires, if the management agreement has already expired, in most cases 28 days’ notice will still be required to terminate the agreement in writing with your current agency. Once you have issued your notice in writing, we will be happy to assist with the transition of your property to Regal Gateway Property.
