As the owner of the property, you will need to pay for any maintenance or repairs carried out on your property.
Repairs are always communicated to you prior to being carried out, including emergency repairs. Our team will always try every avenue to contact you first in the case of an emergency. It is important to provide our team with a contactable emergency contacts to ensure we can contact someone prior to approving emergency repairs.

We welcome any price you may wish to list your property for rent; however, you do need to keep in mind that it is the market demand that sets the rent, if the market thinks that the rent is too high, then your property may sit vacant for longer than necessary.

Firstly, contact your current property manager to find out when your management agreement expires, if the management agreement has already expired, in most cases 28 days’ notice will still be required to terminate the agreement in writing with your current agency. Once you have issued your notice in writing, we will be happy to assist with the transition of your property to Regal Gateway Property.
